Each individual player is strictly limited to one (1) registered 93gl account. The existence of multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods but operated by the same individual — is prohibited. Upon discovery of multiple accounts, 93gl will suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and may forfeit all balances in those accounts.
93gl accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT/Cryptocurrency. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed within the 93gl wallet interface at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests from verified 93gl accounts are processed according to the following general timeline: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — within 15 minutes for amounts up to ₱50,000; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — within 1 banking business day; Visa/Mastercard — up to 3–5 banking business days. Where bonus abuse is identified, 93gl reserves the right to void all bonus balances and winnings, suspend the accounts involved, and recover any amounts paid out as a result of abusive conduct.

93gl shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) any loss arising from service interruption, technical malfunction, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failure.
Nothing in these Terms limits 93gl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the 93gl Service shall first be referred to 93gl's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines or, where applicable, to dispute resolution under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
93gl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file no fewer than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the 93gl Service after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and may request account closure.
