The 93gl platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. 93gl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21. If 93gl becomes aware that a registered account belongs to an underage player, the account will be immediately suspended, all real-money balances forfeited, and all personal data collected from that individual deleted in accordance with applicable law.
Parents and legal guardians are advised to implement appropriate parental controls on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites including 93gl.
Some of 93gl's third-party service providers — including game software providers and cloud infrastructure operators — may be located outside the Philippines. The most current version of the Privacy Policy is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top indicating the effective date of the current version. Continued use of the 93gl platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
